During your outing, you'll experience thrilling trolling for trophy Walleye, famously called "wallhangers," as well as energetic offshore Steelhead fishing. Techniques vary based on the season: in spring, you'll use diving crankbaits to reach Walleye dwelling in the deep, cold waters. By mid-summer, the focus shifts to trolling through the mid-water column, where the excitement intensifies as multiple rods often bend simultaneously.
Steelhead, essentially Rainbow Trout with extra power, provide incredible action. Known for their strong strikes and high jumps, these fish offer a fantastic fight and make delicious meals, whether grilled or pan-seared.
You'll fish from Captain Moke's 21-foot Warrior High Performance Multi-Species boat, powered by 350-HP Suzuki engines, ensuring a swift departure from the dock straight to the prime fishing areas.
