You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior, your deposit will be retained by the guide. On the day of the trip, cancellations or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being billed to your payment method.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol. Please ensure that beer is brought in cans rather than glass bottles. Consider packing sunglasses, sunscreen, and outerwear such as a windbreaker or rain jacket, as temperatures can drop; layers or a sweatshirt are also advisable.
The deck is covered with Deckit, a soft material, so shoe choice is flexible. However, water shoes or lightweight deck shoes are recommended for comfort and safety. If you are prone to seasickness, it’s best to take medication both the night before and the morning of the trip to help prevent discomfort.
