You can cancel your booking without any charges if you do so at least three days before your scheduled trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within three days leading up to the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
