Captain Buck hails from a family with deep roots in fishing. Operating out of Reedville, he has been navigating the Chesapeake Bay since childhood and knows the local waters intimately. While Striped Bass is his preferred catch, joining Captain Buck means you could also target Redfish and Cobia. With expertise in multiple fishing methods, he can accommodate whichever style you prefer to pursue.
Captain Buck's vessel is a 40-foot Evans, capable of hosting up to six anglers comfortably. The boat underwent a major refurbishment in 2019 and is powered by a robust 800 HP Detroit engine. It offers ample space and comfort for everyone onboard, featuring amenities like a private restroom, kitchen facilities, an air-conditioned cabin with a dining and lounge area, and a TV for entertainment.
Equipped with high-quality rods, reels, and lures, the boat is also outfitted with specialized gear including a fighting chair, trolling equipment, tuna tubes, and a live bait tank. Additionally, snorkeling and spearfishing gear are available upon request. With an experienced and dedicated crew, Captain Buck and his mate Rodney ensure excellent guidance and service. Despite challenging weather conditions, they kept us actively fishing throughout the trip. This operation comes highly recommended by seasoned anglers.
