Captain Gil has been connected to the water since he was a child. At just 14 years old, he began his fishing journey as a mate in Delaware Bay, targeting species like Trout, Stripers, and Flounder. His passion soon led him to the open ocean where he served as a mate on offshore canyon boats departing from Indian River Inlet. During this time, he gained invaluable experience from some of the top captains along the East Coast, pursuing prized catches such as Marlin, Tuna, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Swordfish.
After honing his skills for several years, Captain Gil decided to launch his own charter service. Starting in Delaware and later expanding to Port Saint Lucie and Fort Pierce, Florida, he applied his extensive knowledge to build a highly reputable operation. Specializing in catching Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Marlin, and Wahoo, Captain Gil has earned a reputation as one of the premier anglers on the East Coast.

You can cancel your reservation without any charges if done at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip. In such cases, the amount paid will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within a week of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a full charge of the total trip cost applied to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest you also bring sunglasses, sunscreen, appropriate clothing for the weather, and any additional items you may want for the trip.
