Had an incredible outing with Captain Kenny, who immediately helped us find plenty of fish. My wife, who isn’t usually into fishing, went along and managed to catch her very first shark thanks to Kenny’s patience and expertise. We appreciate the fun and unforgettable memories from this trip. This half-day charter was excellent, filled with lots of fish caught right inside the bay, making it an ideal excursion for families, especially those with children.
The initial payment for this excursion cannot be refunded unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions. Canceling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will result in the entire trip cost being charged to the provided card.
Please bring sunscreen in lotion form (not spray), along with your preferred snacks and beverages. All necessary rods, reels, tackle, bait, and licenses are provided. Additionally, a cooler stocked with bottled water and ice will be available.
Join Captain Rob for an exciting fishing adventure in the diverse inshore waters of Estero Bay, Matanzas Pass, and Southern Pine Island Sound. On this trip, you'll target a variety of species such as Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Seatrout, Spanish Mackerel, Pompano, and during the right season, Gag Grouper. Although Captain Rob can accommodate up to six guests with six rods in use simultaneously, he prefers to fish with four anglers at a time. This approach avoids overcrowding and makes it easier to cast effectively while the other two guests relax and enjoy the boat, switching roles throughout the trip. Despite the smaller fishing group, the action remains constant and exciting!
This trip offers a mix of fishing techniques, including trolling and light-tackle casting, with bait and lure selections adjusted according to the season, weather conditions, and targeted species. Captain Rob will pilot his 25-foot SeaQuest center console, powered by a reliable 300HP Suzuki engine, ideal for smoothly navigating coastal waters. To ensure a comfortable day on the water, bring sun protection, a hat, and sunglasses. Don’t forget an ice chest to store your fresh catch, so you can bring home a delicious dinner alongside unforgettable memories of stunning scenery and spirited fish fights.
