You can cancel your booking without any charges if done at least 14 days prior to your trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. Cancelling less than 14 days before the trip will result in losing your deposit, which will be retained by the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip cost will be billed to your card.
All essentials are provided, however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any other personal items you may need for the journey.
