You can cancel your reservation without any charges up to 10 days prior to the scheduled trip and the amount will be credited to your account. If you cancel within 10 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and paid to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or if you fail to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
