You can cancel your booking without any fees if done at least 14 days prior to the trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or missing the trip entirely will result in a charge of the full trip cost to your card.
