This trip takes you to the Chehalis River and nearby smaller streams, where you’ll target an array of Salmon species such as Coho, Pinks, and Chinook, along with spirited Steelhead. With Captain Chuck’s extensive expertise on these waters, he’ll lead you straight to the hotspots. Depending on the weather and water conditions, you’ll switch between various lures and bait, but one thing is certain: when a fish takes the bait, prepare for an intense battle! Salmon are known for their strong runs, and Steelhead—actually sea-run Rainbow Trout—put on an impressive display with massive leaps and tail-walks when hooked.
You’ll be cruising in Captain Chuck’s 17-foot Thor-Built jet boat, perfectly designed for river fishing.
