You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 7 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a charge of the entire remaining balance to your payment method.
