Captain Greg’s passion for the water began early, spending his youth hunting, fishing, bowfishing, and crabbing throughout the waters from Assawoman Bay to Chincoteague Bay, as well as numerous rivers across Delmarva. He competed in BASS fishing tournaments during his high school and college years and eventually launched his own fishing charter business after graduation. If you've never tried nighttime bowfishing, this excursion could be just what you need! With three decades of experience, Captain Greg knows the rivers around The Eastern Shore like the back of his hand and can take you straight to all the best fishing spots. Whether your goal is to fill your cooler, catch a trophy fish, or both, you’re in expert hands.
This nighttime outing targets a variety of species, primarily Carp, Gar, and Snakehead — a predatory invasive fish originally from East Asia. These species are particularly active after dark and make excellent targets for bowfishing. You’ll be fishing from Captain Greg’s custom 26-foot Long Beach boat, powered by a trio of engines: a 115 HP Suzuki engine and two 25 HP kicker engines, along with a trolling motor for quiet, precise maneuvers. The boat’s shallow draft lets you easily navigate the flats, and the onboard Cobia tower provides a great vantage point for spotting fish in the dark.
Since this trip takes place at night, there’s no need for sunglasses, hats, or sunscreen — just come ready to enjoy the adventure and land some fish with a big smile on your face!
