You can cancel without any charges if you do so at least 14 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of your trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and given to the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip, as well as no-shows, will incur the full trip cost charged to the card on file.
