Hi, I’m Bob, a lifelong lover of the outdoors with a background in concrete work dating back to my teenage years. Ever since I can remember, I dreamed of becoming a fishing guide. In 2015, I purchased a boat to pursue this passion, and by 2016, I began offering guided fishing trips while maintaining my full-time commercial job. Eventually, the fishing guide work grew so popular that I decided to leave my superintendent position and dedicate myself to guiding full-time.
Our trips are perfect for families—we value faith, cherish children, and strive to create unforgettable experiences for every client. We provide all fishing gear and refreshments, handle filleting and packaging of fish, and also clean and bag spoonbill catfish. Our tours include catfish, white bass, and spoonbill outings, tailored to each species' season.

The initial payment for this journey cannot be refunded unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the entire trip cost being charged to the provided card.
All gear and bait are provided. We also offer filleting and bagging services for your fish. Cost is $15 per person.

Your adventure begins at one of Oklahoma's top Blue Cat fishing spots, such as Lake Hudson or Fort Gibson Lake. You'll set off on Captain Bob's 23-foot Epic center console boat, powered by a robust 250 HP Suzuki engine. With a spacious, stable deck accommodating up to five anglers, this vessel is ideal for navigating varied waters—from river channels and flats to deep lake pockets where trophy-sized catfish dwell.
Leveraging years of expertise, Captain Bob employs multiple proven techniques tailored to water temperature, clarity, and flow. Whether it’s bottom fishing, drifting lines, or rigging cut bait with heavy tackle, he knows how to entice the giants lurking below. Water temperatures around 40°F and above create prime conditions, especially in winter when big Blue Cats become highly active.
All fishing gear—including rods, reels, tackle, and bait—is provided, with the added convenience of Captain Bob cleaning and filleting your catch afterward. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks, and enjoy your favorite tunes on the onboard Bluetooth speaker while you wait for the next bite.
