You can cancel your reservation without any fees if done at least 14 days prior to your trip, and you will get a credit issued to your account. If you cancel less than 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. On the day of the trip, cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge to your payment method.
