You can cancel without any charge if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and you'll get a credit applied to your account. However, cancellations made less than 14 days before the trip will result in losing your deposit, which goes to the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip amount will be charged to your payment method.
