You may cancel without any charges up to 14 days prior to your trip and get a refund credited to your account. If you cancel within 14 days before the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. Cancellations made on the day of the trip or failure to show will result in the full trip amount being billed to your card.
