You can cancel your booking without any fees if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and a credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, your deposit will be non-refundable and retained by the guide. For cancellations made on the day of the trip or for no-shows, the full amount of the trip will be charged to your payment method.
All essentials are provided, however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any additional items you may want for the trip.
