You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 3 days prior to your trip and the amount will be credited back to your account. If you cancel within 3 days of the trip, the deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in a charge of the full trip amount to your card.
