You can cancel without any fees if done at least 3 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be refunded to your account. If you cancel less than 3 days before the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip cost being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest you also bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suited to the weather, and any personal equipment you'd like to use during the trip.
