You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Any cancellations made within 14 days of the trip will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which will be paid to the guide. Cancelling on the day of the trip or failing to show up will incur a charge for the full trip amount on your card.
All necessary gear will be provided; however, we suggest packing sunglasses, sunscreen, suitable clothing for the weather, and any additional personal items you may need for the trip.
