Growing up, I spent countless days fishing the Great Lakes alongside my dad. After finishing college, I took on the role of a herdsman at a dairy farm. One day, a friend encouraged me to get my license to assist with some duck hunting trips. I thought it sounded like a fantastic opportunity, so I dove in and launched my own business focused on duck hunting and salmon fishing. It’s been the best choice I’ve ever made—I genuinely enjoy what I do! Nothing compares to seeing kids reel in their very first king salmon; it takes me back to my own childhood fishing adventures with my dad. I put in my best effort to ensure every trip on the water is an amazing experience, leaving the fishing itself as just the icing on the cake! What an adventure! You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip and get a credit added to your account. If you cancel within the 7-day window before the trip, your deposit will be kept by the guide. On the day of the trip, cancellations or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your payment method.
All necessary gear will be provided. However, we suggest that you bring sunglasses, sunscreen, clothing suitable for the weather, and any personal equipment you prefer to use during the trip.
We offer fishing trips lasting 4, 5, or 7 hours, with 4-hour excursions available exclusively in the afternoons. Our trips focus on trolling for king and coho salmon, as well as trout, in the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan. We utilize a combination of artificial lures and occasional dead bait to enhance your chances of a successful catch.
Every trip includes a knowledgeable first mate on board to assist you, and the vessel is equipped with an enclosed bathroom for your comfort. Please remember to bring a cooler stocked with snacks and drinks to enjoy during your time on the water. Additionally, bring your cooler for storing fillets after the trip; complimentary ice is provided to keep your catch fresh.
