You can cancel your booking at no cost if done at least 14 days prior to your trip, and the amount will be credited back to your account. Cancelations made within 14 days of the trip will result in the deposit being retained by the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip cost will be charged to your payment method.
