You can cancel at no cost if you do so at least three days prior to your scheduled trip, and a credit will be issued back to your account. If you cancel within three days of the trip, your deposit will be retained by the guide. Cancellations on the day of the trip or failure to show up will result in the full trip amount being charged to your card.
