You can cancel your booking without any fees if you do so at least three days prior to the scheduled trip, and a credit will be issued to your account. Cancelling less than three days before the trip means your deposit will be retained by the guide. If you cancel on the day of the trip or fail to show up, the full trip amount will be charged to your payment method.
